·         Execution of brand strategy in country and implementation of key brand programs

·         Leadership of in-country cross functional team

Job Qualifications:

·         Strategic vision and ability to anticipate environmental changes through understanding of signals

·         Previous experience in Pain Diseases

·         Thorough understanding of revenue drivers for the franchise in local country as well as of local regulatory policies and application of EU financial processes and compliance

·         Ability to manage/prioritize resources across customers in line with EU strategy

·         Cross-functional leadership and cultural collaboration

·         Role modelling, visibility, upholding values, adhering to standards

·         Facilitating stakeholder commitments and acting upon customer insights

·         Vehicle of collating local customer insights into EU BU

·         Change leadership – ensuring adaptation to new modes of operating in EU BU structure

Education, Skills and Experience:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand/Franchise marketing management

·         Financial ability to drive/leverage P&L and NPV

·         Accurate market analysis and forecasting ability

·         Fluency in English language

·         Track record of working collaboratively/with others across functions

·         Communication and influencing skills

·         Experience of interaction with external stakeholders/acting upon customer insights

For our client, Pharmaceutical Company, we are looking for a Brand Manager, based in Milan, focused on the management of the pain portfolio (existing business and new launch).
